About Rod Ruth

Ruth began his theatrical career at the Playhouse on the Mall, Paramus, NJ, in the early '60s, a theater first produced by the well known author, Robert Ludlum.  Ruth was hired by the theater to hire the musicians for the orchestra.

This production was nationally broadcast over PBS's "Great Performances" and was nominated for an Emmy

"A Chorus Line"  A 2012 Production

Irene Fokine - Ballet Notable and Choreographer
She was one of the first choreographers to bring the full-length Nutcracker
to American audiences

Rod with Jerry Lester and Ann Corio in "This Was Burlesque" 
The concept of this show eventually became the Broadway musical "Sugar Babies"
